Shake and stir your way to summer refreshment with a delicious non-alcoholic cocktail starring our very own Box Grove Vineyard Verjus. This delicious recipe comes courtesy of Nick Tesar from the wonderful Bar Liberty in Melbourne. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed!

PLUM AND CARDAMOM VERJUS

MAKES 1 BOTTLE

1 litre Box Grove Vineyard Verjus
500g blood plums (halved and pips discarded)
10g green cardamom
50g castor sugar
2g salt

Combine all ingredients together in the fridge to soak for three days. Strain and bottle.

To serve, pour 100ml into a tumbler over ice.
