Responsible Use of Alcohol
Box Grove Vineyard (ABN 15 181 596 401) encourages the legal and responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.
If you are aged under 18, you must not purchase our products. This is because under Australian law, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over.
By placing an order you are confirming to us that you are at least 18 years of age.
If you would like us to deliver our wine to someone else as a gift, please ensure the recipient is over 18 years of age.
Conditions of Sale
We've said this already but if you're under 18 years of age, you must not purchase any of the products available on our website.
Our wines should only be purchased for personal use - not for re-sale.
Naturally, you shouldn't pay or attempt to pay for our wine through fraudulent or unlawful means.
At this time, we are only able to accept full-case orders.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
If for any reason we're unable to supply your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
If we’re unable to supply you with wine of the vintage that you ordered, we also reserve the right to substitute it for the same wine of a different vintage.
If you are a Northern Territory resident or ordering products for delivery to the Northern Territory, this website does not constitute an offer to sell our products.
Cancellations and Returns
Once you've placed your order, it may not be possible to cancel or edit your order. This will largely depend on whether or not your order has been dispatched. We therefore recommend double-checking your purchase and delivery details before submitting your payment.
If you would like to enquire as whether we’re able to cancel or edit your order, please contact email@example.com.
In the unlikely event that the goods we delivery are defective or not of an acceptable quality [as defined in section 54(2) of Schedule of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)], we'll offer you a full refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of receiving your order so we can remedy the situation as soon as possible.
Prices and Payments
The prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars and where applicable are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax.
From time to time and without advanced notice, we may need to increase our prices. Not to worry though, we will always honor the price shown on our website at the time of placing your order.
We are not required or obliged to match prices for any products available for sale on our website but enquiries of this nature are always welcome: email@example.com.
All credit card payments will be processed using PayPal, which is a safe and secure, end-to-end method of collecting payments.
Once you've placed your order, we will send you a tax invoice which specifies all of our fees and charges.
If we are unable to successfully process your payment, we’ll let you know or cancel your order.
Delivery is available Australia-wide, including regional areas. Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to PO boxes.
All wine is delivered via Australia Post within 3 - 6 days of ordering. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take a little longer. If for any reason we expect a delay in delivery, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
If your order is undeliverable or there’s a risk of damage, loss or deterioration, we'll contact you and cancel your order.
So we can assist, if you believe your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of placing your order.
Alternatively, if you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, and you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please check the mail room or reception for your parcel.
Similarly, if your wine is being delivered to a home address, please check around your property (such as the carport) for somewhere safe your parcel may have been left.
Rest assured, if your order has gone missing, or damaged been dispatch and delivery, we will send you a replacement order as soon as we can.
Just a reminder, if you haven't provided Australia Post with your 'Authority to Leave’ and your address is unattended at the time of delivery, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection with 7 business days.
