Introducing our new 'Subito' family of wines: gorgeous, fun, and ready-to-drink immediately... just perfect to enjoy with the special people you'll be rushing to see as we emerge from lockdown.

Grown sustainably, and with minimal handling at every stage, our new spring wines are a delicious choice for a sunny afternoon.

Our 2020 Pinot Gris is a crisp white wine — fresh, spicy and textural with alluring flavours of nashi pear, rose petal and quince. It makes a wonderful partner to all sorts of summer dishes, especially those with a hint of Asian spice.

If rosé is your jam, then don't go past our 2021 Mourvèdre. Delicate yet textural with a fresh, savoury finish, the peppery spice and crunchy freshness gives this wine a special charm. Well chilled, it makes delicious drinking with Summer's simpler meals.

Last but not least and just like our first vintage, the 2021 Negroamaro with its haunting flavours of spice and black cherry fruit is destined to be a crowd-pleaser. This lovely red is perfect with a wood-fired pizza, a rich, robust pasta or spicy sausages, charry from the grill.

Of course, a special wine deserves a special label, and we're thrilled to feature the work of artist, dear friend and Tabilk neighbour Rosa Purbrick.

Rosa is an artist living at Tahbilk Winery on the banks of the Goulburn River. For some years now she has turned her eye to the cultivated landscape of the vineyard and it is here, among the vines and annual ebullience of grapes that her work continues to evolve.
